Psychological Coaching
Personalized advice, oriented to specific results. Conducted by a certified psychologist, it involves a program of regular sessions (weekly or fortnightly) of 50 minutes, with the use of role-playing techniques, self-monitoring / body awareness, relaxation training, desensitization exercises and “journaling”. Variable duration, depending on the request and the desired evolution, ranging, on average, between two months and one year.
