In the first session, the reason for the consultation is evaluated and, if necessary, a therapeutic plan is outlined, adjusted according to the evolution of the therapeutic process.

In the sessions, it is possible to become aware of one's own needs and resources, accept and manage emotions and feelings, interpret the meaning of certain experiences in life history and test more appropriate responses to deal with daily challenges.

The estimated duration of the therapeutic process depends on the case. Efficacy studies suggest an average duration between six months and two years.

Psychological Coaching

Personalized advice, oriented to specific results.

Conducted by a certified psychologist, it involves a program of regular 50-minute sessions with the use of role-playing techniques, self-monitoring / body awareness, relaxation training, desensitization exercises and "journaling".

Variable duration, depending on the request and the desired evolution, ranging, on average, between two months and one year.

Virtual consultations of psychotherapy and psychological coaching using conversation / video calling programs. Requires internet connection and privacy guarantee at the access point.

Remote consultations "normalized" with the start of the pandemic.
